Pahtakorva is Mikael’s best known pattern. A fly that over the years has taken hundreds of thousands of great fish. The Samurai design, the slimmer long drop form with its wiggling sexy thin wing is another one of Mikael’s inventions. In this fly the two are put together. A fast-fishing Pahtakorva version that is for the clearer river with just a tint of cognac to it. We are thrilled over how this combination proved to be deadly wherever we go.
